HOW DO I ORDER?

To order a canvas, just follow these steps:

  1. Choose your desired size
  2. Decide on a background
  3. Enter the number of names you’d like to have on the canvas
  4. Enter the names
  5. We’ll then create your customised canvas and send it to your doorstep, free of charge, within 4-6 working days

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED?

Once the order has been completed and payment has been made, we will send you an order confirmation and invoice via email. If you can’t see an email from us, please also check your spam folder.

 HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Printing and shipping usually takes 4-6 business days. Before you add your product to the shopping cart, you will see the estimated delivery time below the "Add to cart" button.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We deliver all orders free of charge.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

After completing your order, you’ll receive an email order confirmation. We will customise your order, then pack and ship it as soon as possible. Once your package is on its way to you, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number.
